This is a poem that is about a natural object that you can have fun guessing what it is!
I am round and red,
I look down on you from my high lush bed,
With my skin as glossy as an illuminating crystal ball,
Once I am sweet I will fall.
In the bright sun I shine as crimson as a dazzling sunset,
On the feathery grass, I stay,
Then I am picked up by predatory hands,
And I no longer lay,
A human feels my satiny skin,
Smooth as a glistening lagoon,
And I dazzle as bright as the sun at noon.
I am sweeter than the finest caramel,
Especially during Halloween,
And to please, I am very keen,
But I can be bitter and lethal,
But I won’t show spite,
I can be bright.
I am swallowed greedily by stunning horses,
And I am also used in art courses,
I am as sweet as pie,
I am friends with worms, ants and pigs,
And they all find me very sweet,
And to see me, it’s an enjoyable treat.
